Buller Gorge Comet Line

The Comet Line at the Buller Gorge Swingbridge Adventure and Heritage Park offers an exhilarating zipline experience across the Buller Gorge. Spanning 160 meters, this high-speed ride propels participants from one side of the gorge to the other, providing a unique aerial perspective of the surrounding native bush and the Buller River below. Riders are securely harnessed and can choose to fly solo or tandem, making it suitable for both individuals and families.

The Comet Line operates adjacent to New Zealand’s longest swingbridge, adding to the park’s array of adventure activities. While the Comet Line ride is priced separately, visitors can enjoy other attractions within the park, such as the swingbridge walk, jet boating, and gold panning. The park is located approximately 14 km west of Murchison, making it a convenient stop for travelers exploring the West Coast region.
